How We Work Together:
I begin by getting to know each student as a unique individual, learning about their interests, strengths, goals, and areas they want to focus on, including both short-term and long-term objectives. This initial understanding allows me to create a personalized approach to support their needs and aspirations.
Students meet with me on a regular basis, either online or in person, for one-to-one sessions. During these meetings, I serve as a mentor and advocate, guiding students to take ownership of their learning and have confidence in their abilities.
Through consistent support and accountability, students learn to set realistic goals, track their progress, and reflect on their successes and setbacks. I provide strategies to face challenges and develop problem-solving skills and resilience.
Ultimately, my approach helps student learn how to empower themselves to not just succeed academically, but to grow personally, building the confidence, habits, and mindset they need to thrive in school and in life.
It’s not about what success means to anyone else.
It’s about what success means to you.
